When will my order be shipped?
Delivery takes about 1-3 weeks, depending on your location and where your items are shipped from. Sometimes, it is literally a few days and in most cases, it will not be longer than 1-2 weeks. Lead time (if applicable) is stated on the product description(s) and is in addition to delivery time. Occasionally, there might be an unexpected delay possibly due to holidays, customs or products being on backorder. It is advisable to check at your local post office if you do not receive your items after the specified delivery time.
In the rare case that a product is not available at the time of your order, or the price is published in error, we reserve the right to not fulfill. At our discretion, we may hold or ship the available part(s) (if any) of your order and inform you of any back ordered or sold out items by email and await your reply by email.
All our orders will be shipped in plain packaging
Republic of Ireland:
Standard delivery - Not Insured (we are not taking any liability of loss or damages in transit.). A Flat Charge of €5.00, No tracking.
Registered post – A flat charge rate of €7.50 with Track & Trace - Fully insured up to the value of the goods for loss or Damage.
European Countries, Uk, and the USA - A Flat Charge of €9.50, with Track & Trace - Fully insured up to the value of the goods for loss or Damage.
Outside Europe, UK, and USA :
Standard delivery - Not Insured (we are not taking any liability of loss or damages in transit.). A Flat Charge of €9.00, No tracking.
Registered post – A flat charge rate of €12.50 with Track & Trace - Fully insured up to the value of the goods for loss or Damage.
By placing an order outside of European Union you acknowledge that you know what taxes, duties or other related charges may be applicable upon arrival in your country and that you agree to pay for them if you are asked to do so by the Courier or Postal Service.
What is the return policy?
AMU Underwear guarantees that you will be happy with anything you buy from us.
Simply send them back to us by post within 14 days of receipt of delivery.
Please, not that the returned item has to be sent back by registered mail. to: AMU, 110 Rialto Cottages, Rialto, Dublin 8, Ireland.
Once you have returned the item to us and it has been approved, we will send you a replacement item with no additional charge.
Exchanges or credit returns are only handled through the website.
Lost and Delayed Post?
For Ireland & UK customers only - It has been 15 working days since my order was shipped and it has not yet arrived?
At this point for all orders, we can place a claim with An post for a lost item. Before 15 working days, we are not able to claim and ask that you remain patient as your order may still arrive.
Please email us if it has been over 15 working days since the shipment date and we will initiate the claim with An Post.
As part of the claims process, An post will contact you to ask you to verify that you have not received your order. The sooner you respond to this request then the faster the claim is resolved.
For all International claims for the lost post, we are required to wait 25 working days
For all International Claims, we must wait 25 working days from the shipment date before An post will consider the order lost and a claim can be filed
Whilst we do appreciate that when a parcel is delayed or goes missing that it is incredibly frustrating we would like to assure you that we do aim to complete your claim and resolve your order as swiftly as possible after An post-deadline.
